[BUG] Trying to submit an entry from the site form, get error

What happened?

On submission:

GitHub API Error: Failed to create new branch in fork: refs/heads/submit-loglayer:-a-logger-for-typescript-1744521673618 is not a valid ref name. - https://docs.github.com/rest/git/refs#create-a-reference

I have made sure that the GH Oauth app has granted permission and I did add one allowed org to it as well.

I encountered that error too. I think you can get around it by removing the ":" from Name.
