[BUG] Missing env.example

What happened?

Once trying to set up the project locally I can't clone env.example as it's missing in the project repo.

Steps to reproduce

➜ llms-txt-hub git:(main) ✗ cp .env.example .env.local cp: .env.example: No such file or directory
