Recent token explosion cost my company big time - want to eliminate claude-mem as the reason

I recently, May 15th, got told that my token spend was way over my typical usage for the past several months. No one can figure out why. Are there any logs or diagnostics that can help me eliminate claude-mem as the cause of the increase? The reports say that I'm running 50+ turns per minute and I know for sure I'm not personally doing that.
