* Create compare_data_tables.py

* fix white space

* more pandas

* import pdf kit, print df_diff_vert to pdf

* added default for outfile basename

* added pdfkit stuff

* print basic html and pdf

* Added excel output and pdf options

* Drop columns that will almost always differ, keep only the columns that matter for validating the workflow

* Print diffs count list to pdf
