Broken quiz in some chapters

I was just reading through the single-cell best practices book and realized that the first 2 of the 3 5.5.2. Multiple-choice questions not work.
Not a big issue, but maybe good to fix.

Thank you for the feedback! This is all related to #418. The explanation for the wrong answer "pool_allocator=True, managed_memory=False" of chapter 7.9 also contains a ': "A pool allocator caps you at VRAM size. The dataset doesn't fit.".
