Publish a new release (version `0.1.10`) to maven central

Thanks for your efforts on the project. I'm facing an issue with serialization, which was fixed by #37. But the latest release 0.1.9 contains this commit 37198dd which reverted that change.

I see #110 added it back and is merged last year, would it be possible to publish a new release?
