IntelliSense fails to recognize functions and variables

When using Cursor, IntelliSense fails to recognize functions and variables, marking them as undefined. The issue persists even when switching to native VS Code. Uninstalling and reinstalling the C++ extension and compiling the code manually did not resolve the problem.
