Webfonts seem to be missing for Ostrich Sans Heavy.

Is there a technical issue here or is the Heavy style intentionally only available in the .otf format?

No this is an oversight in the build process. I'm in the process of converting all of the League font repositories to a new build process that automatically handles a lot more of the process and will be a lot more normalized. This should get fixed as soon as I get to this repository. So far I've done Raleway, League Spartan, and League Mono. They are starting to go faster now that the bugs are getting worked out. Next up I think is League Gothic. It shouldn't be so very long before this repo is on the bench.
