Codecs are a complicated subject in the globalised world. Understanding their differences is a small step in bridging the world of programmers, allowing individuals to achieve common ground.
This PR points out some different codecs in english-lang and provides a small set of examples. Namely, we present the American English, British English, Australian English, Singlish, and Chinglish codecs.
