I have ordered this camera from itead, should arrive in a couple weeks. Unless you want to beat me to it and port it yourself. |

Hi @themactep , |
|
the installation image from slim2 should work with it, just replace the firmware bin with the correct one from b1p |

Sonoff has a newish camera model b1p. It has a single motor for pan.
Its fairly easy to open without damage if ur careful. U gotta slide a thin metal between the ir lens and white silicone ring. It pops out then you can pull the ring. 4 screws pulls the led board. 4 more screws splits the shell.
Ingenic t23. White light ring is pretty bright. Ir is decent. Image is excellent. But this thing is not waterproof by any means. Theres no seal between the two halves
edit:
I had bought 3 of these on black friday price just on the fact they output rtsp. but its crap. there is no substream. So i figured i should carefully tear one down to see if all three are worth keeping. when i discovered the lack of any real waterproofing it sealed the fate for me and the other 2 were sent back. Ill hang on to one just to see what happens in the open communities. If anything comes of it, itd be decent for indoor use, id even buy another one or two again for indoor purposes. But i have no idea why or how they are selling it as outdoor.
