add related post section under the single blog page.

hi there i want to add a section under the single blog page with matching category tag. with max 3 posts.see the astro plate template see the template here

is there any one who can make me understand the process step by step .cause i am new to astro and open source too.
or any expert who can provide me with component code so i could paste.
