Flowbite Vue Docs Redesign

Hey everyone (and especially @cogor),

Together with @robert1508 we've decided to show some love to the Flowbite Vue community and docs and so we've created a brand new design and identity in Figma quite similar to the original Flowbite Docs and the ones for Flowbite Svelte and Flowbite React too - we believe that with this redesign Flowbite Vue will be able to gain a much better identity and growth.

I think that using Vitepress is still a good idea, but we should create our own theme so the docs no longer looks like a template from that repository but rather something original and in the spirit of Flowbite with a proper landing page and docs layout.

We should also explore the possibility to update the default color of the components to the green from Vue similarly how we did with Flowbite Svelte and Flowbite React - it was a well received identity update.

@cogor I'll be here to help especially with copywriting and making adjustments, but we'll need help with the heavy lifting of creatin a custom Vitepress theme for this layout. I can set you up with a Carbon Ads account for ad revenue after we finish the new docs layout so you can retain the revenue from ads as the maintainer of Flowbite Vue 💚

We can also considering moving the docs with Nuxt as we did with Flowbite React with Next.js.
