Bug with validator appearing in left menu

There is an older validator (now offline) that was added to my managed validators that I can not remove. The "Add to Managed Validators" button appears instead of the 3 dot menu, even though it is already a managed validator.

@buckyroberts I am not able to reproduce this bug.

Account Manager: Latest Version: 1.0.0-alpha.43
OS: Windows 10

Can you please try the latest version if you are using the older version? I had some similar issues with the older versions in the case of removing offline validators.

Not sure if this is a Mac specific bug.

@buckyroberts I don't have that issue either. Can you check out how the redux store for you looks like?
