Update examples to use correct Alpha 2 country code for United Kingdom

The example [here](https://github.com/theodi/BDNS/blob/8d316b592973724906523ece62e9dc021aa7d932/BDNS_Specification_naming_syntax.md?plain=1#L350C4-L350C20) still uses "UK" as the alpha 2 country code for United Kingdom, whereas it (and all other examples/reference implementations) should use "GB".
