Publish Aggregate Target Statistics #304
Description
Publish aggregate target maturity level statistics to provide input into target setting process. This would help the organisation see where others are focussing their improvement activities and provides an extra dimension to benchmarking graphs.
This could be extended further by publishing what maturity levels are organisations moving between. e.g. of the 10 organisations on level 1 for the Open Data Expertise activity:
- 5 aren't planning to improve
- 3 are moving to level 2
- 1 is moving to level 3
- 1 hasn't set a target.
Publishing this as a time-series (see #303) would also present some interesting statistics.
