Describe the bug
The Brain, the Brawler, Silent Assassin (The Brothers) challenges are shown in Career->Challenges->Elusive Targets menu in even vanilla game. Their names are broken ("UI_CHALLENGES_ET_NEGRONI_XX") considering LOCR files are missing.

To reproduce
It's in the menu.
