Azure adapter add serviceSettings parameter

Hello, would it be possible to add serviceSettings as a parameter in the config for azure adapter, so we can make use of the temporary url feature? Or is there another way to configure it?
This is how it looks the constructor of the AzureBlobStorageAdapter
