Remove CLAUDE.md and cursor rule

Delete CLAUDE.md (which contained Bun usage recommendations) and the .cursor/rules/use-bun-instead-of-node-vite-npm-pnpm.mdc symlink that pointed to it. Removes the bundled Bun guideline and its cursor rule reference from the repository.
