Carrying Boolean Values

Hello dear developers, I propose to discuss the problem of transferring boolean values ​​from .env to python. As far as I know, such a function is currently missing, and it would not hurt to add it.

Since this library’s primary focus is to be able to parse and load the values in the process/system environment variables, and environment variables are always going to be stored as strings.

This feature will be out-of-scope for this library because:

1. There are a lot of other packages available to convert string values to Python types.
2. It won't be just possible to have an implementation for booleans; this package would have to support other types as well, e.g. array, int, float, etc. These are most likely to be available as part of the dotenv_values function.

A sensible way forward on this, if the community has enough demand, is to wrap another package inside this.

At this point, I would like the devs to be able to decide for themselves what works for them.
