Not working with stm32 nucleo-h723zg altium files

Trying to convert altium files on st's CAD resources nucleo-h723zg:

Unzipping the resource provides two folders:
MB1364-C01
MB1364-E01

I ran perl unpack on MB1364-C01/MB1364_Top.SchDoc and /MB1364.PcbDoc and it produces two folders:
MB1364_Top-SchDoc and MB1364-PcbDoc

At this point, I ran the converstschema and converpcb commands in various locations that I could think of but no KiCad files are output. Any idea how to convert this resource from ST?

I tried the same (unpack) in the MB1364-E01 folder and in various other folders/files but I don't seem to get anywhere.

I would suggest to try the Altium importer that is embedded in KiCad instead.
