Sublime Text 3 Support

I can't seem to install this package with Package Control on ST3

Oh, that's a problem, I'll see if I can fix this somewhere next week. I haven't had the time to install ST3 myself yet.. :)

I got it working with ST3: #3

Hopefully I didn't break anything. I only tested the import sorting.
