The Peering Settings should be available for advanced users, in order to reflect whether or not the local Stealth instance should announce itself to other Peers via Multicast DNS-SD.
Possible option values could be:
stealth - Do not share any resourceslocal - Share resources with local Peersglobal - Share resources with Local and Global Peers
Additionally it might make sense to set the default behaviour based on the Internet Connection Setting:
- Mobile enables local peering
- Broadband enables local and global peering
- Peer to peer enables local peering
- TOR Proxy disables peering?
