Cannot connect to a secure MQTT server on port 8883

It is obvious why I cannot connect using your tool. At the very top of the screen you display the address of the targeted server. For secure MQTT you need to use: mqtts://

Your software tool ALWAYS uses mqtt://, therefore we will never be able to connect to a secure mqtt server.

Please help if there is a way around this.

Is there still support for MQTT Explorer? There is a definite issue with secure MQTT connections. Your software does not use the appropriate mqtts:// prefix on secure connections. I guess we need to find another tool or write our own.
