(feature) Use the open feature operator with GO Feature Flag

## Requirement
Open Feature has a Kubernetes Operator to run `flagd` as a side car in K8S.
The Operator is not `flagd` specific and can be used with different tools.

It could be great to see if can use the https://github.com/open-feature/open-feature-operator in combination with GO Feature Flag.
