Enable ThorVG Error logging #46
Description
Our viewer can activate the ThorVG logging feature to display the unsupported Lottie specifications again there. Previously, the viewer only captured 'ERR' logging messages and printed them in the console box. those unsupported lottie features would be in error category. Currently, it's disabled.
