Telegram-bot: cannot serve project.

Expected Behavior

On serve, telegram-bot is running.

Actual Behavior

On serve:

1. Error displayed in terminal concerning no return on try / catch for error.
2. Error concerning finding std/server & grammy — reproduced on deploy.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Pull & try to serve.

Specifications

• Version: Node v18.12.1.
• Platform: MacOs, Docker.
• Subsystem:
