Moving to `opentelemetry-ruby-contrib`?

• anthropic gem instrumentation added to https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-ruby-contrib/tree/main/instrumentation/anthropic as opentelemetry-instrumentation-anthropic.
• openai gem instrumentation has a PR open (feat: add instrumentation for openai gem open-telemetry/opentelemetry-ruby-contrib#1797) to become opentelemetry-instrumentation-openai.

As RubyLLM is a main AI/ChatBot gem in the Ruby ecosystem, it feels like it will be nice to move it to opentelemetry-ruby-contrib as opentelemetry-instrumentation-ruby_llm eventually. So it will have a wider audience and better maintenance.

If you are comfortable with such a move, I believe I can prepare a PR for opentelemetry-ruby-contrib.
