Local Support | Confused on how to set up & JSON/CSV Not working

Confused about how to set up the radar locally.

I'm currently trying to create the radar in for my University Technology Department.

I found it confusing on how to install.

Is .env needed? Why the export thing?
And I wanted to use the JSON or CVS. Both local and hosted in internet didn't work when creating the Radar. I'm using this mocked api.

What we do is put the radar.json file in a folder called '/public' in the project root. This folder is copied to '/files/' in build_and_start_nginx.sh.

The radar is accessed using a URL like this:

https://{hostname}/?documentID=https://{hostname}/files/radar.json
