Watch Activity Behavior #5

Description
Create a new behavior to watch changes on user activity. It's work just like the watch status behavior. Probably, instead of creating a new behavior, it could be implemented as a new feature on the watch status behavior (that later i think should be renamed as watch presence, a more general term for status and activity).
