Sync sorting of contact list

Expected Behavior

Contact list in left column is sorted according to a contact's last name

Current Behavior

Contact list in left column is sorted according to a contact's first name

Possible Solution

Include an option to select sorting behavior (according to first or last name). Most preferred would be to initially use the same scheme as in Threema App (iOS).

Threema Web should always sort the same way as the app. Otherwise, it would be confusing.
