chore: remove 7 dead unimported components

None were referenced anywhere (verified). These were leftover/superseded
files that made the tree confusing on a fresh clone — notably
menu-item-card (menu-board uses its own inline cards) and login-role-tabs
(the login page uses smart-login-form). History preserves them if needed.
