There are at least two different MASQUE use cases worth separating here:

1. Cloudflare WARP / a specific MASQUE provider;
2. self-hosted MASQUE, where the user controls the server and credentials.

I maintain an experimental open-source self-hosted implementation of
CONNECT-IP (RFC 9484) over HTTP/3/QUIC with mutual TLS:

It includes:

• Go MASQUE CONNECT-IP server;
• Android VPNService client;
• Windows client with Wintun;
• per-client mTLS credentials and self-hosted deployment.

It is not a WARP client, but it could be useful as a reference for a
self-hosted MASQUE profile type in Throne — especially for CONNECT-IP
handling, TUN routing and client credential import.

If MASQUE support is planned, I can help test an integration or provide
interop feedback.
