The intended license for scanEUr code is the MIT License.
The repository includes a LICENSE file containing the standard MIT license text.
Project documentation and vendor data licensing should be decided explicitly if different from the code license. For example, maintainers should decide whether documentation, vendor profiles, fingerprints, alternatives, and report examples use MIT, CC BY, CC0, or another license.
Until that decision is made, do not assume that data and documentation licensing differs from the repository license.
