Wan 2.1 Implementation

Any suggestions on implementing this in the Wan repo? I've been looking at it the last couple weeks to try to implement it into a fork of my own, but I'm getting stuck on where to work the code change in since the inference/pipeline structure is a bit different than Hunyuan.

That repo doesn't seem to support multi-GPU though so I'm trying to reimplement it against the main repo. When checking the GP code, it seems to implement it in a way that isn't thread/multi-GPU safe so I'm curious if RIFLEx has a cleaner code to share.
