no permissions?

it tells me that I don't have permissions to use it/move it, or do anything with it really, I tried it manually, I tried it with the r2modman manager thing, it just doesn't want to work on my pc at all, I even made sure my antivirus wasn't running, but every single time I get that same (missing permissions) notification, despite being the only user/ owner of the device. windows 10.

It was likely quarantined by Windows Defender, and you should be able to fix it by doing this:

Depending on how Microsoft Defender Antivirus is configured, it quarantines suspicious files. If you're certain a quarantined file isn't a threat, you can restore it on your Windows device.

• On your Windows device, open Windows Security.
• Select Virus & threat protection and then, under Current threats, select Protection history.
• If you have a list of items, you can filter on Quarantined Items.
• Select an item you want to keep, and choose an action, such as Restore.

okay, got it to work I guess, but now all I gotta do is actually make sure it works in the game, right now I can't tell
