Investigate and fix pipeline

The NuGet being built in the release pipeline contains old code; this NuGet is being published.. Look at FlowResult in XrmMockupCdsTrigger.cs.

• Executing the release pipeline locally step by step creates a NuGet with the expected content.
• The pipeline is running on the latest commit and writing XrmMockupCdsTrigger.cs out in the terminal yields the expected content.
