Support displaying images returned by agents

It would be great if Hapi could support displaying images returned by coding agents directly in the chat UI, similar to the image/artifact display experience in apps like Codex or Claude.

Use cases:

• An agent generates a screenshot, diagram, chart, mockup, or other image and sends it back to the user.
• The user can view the image inline in the session instead of only seeing a local file path or textual description.
• This would be especially useful when controlling agents remotely from the web/mobile UI.

No specific implementation requested here — just hoping Hapi can support image outputs as first-class visible chat content.

This is already partly present in the codebase, but not as a generic “any agent returns an image path, show it inline” feature.

Verified current behavior:

• Codex remote generated_image events with a saved path are registered as generated images and emitted into the session as type: 'generated-image'.
• The web chat normalizes generated-image payloads into chat blocks.
• The UI fetches the image bytes through the hub/CLI RPC path and renders them inline with an <img>.

What I did not find: generic support that detects arbitrary image paths/attachments from all agent text/tool outputs and promotes them to first-class inline chat images. So this issue is still useful for tracking broader support beyond the existing generated-image event path.

• web/src/components/AssistantChat/messages/ToolMessage.tsx:51 - renders GeneratedImageCard, fetching the blob and displaying it inline.
• hub/src/web/routes/git.ts:137 - exposes /sessions/:id/generated-images/:imageId for image retrieval.
• cli/src/modules/common/handlers/files.ts:56 - CLI RPC handler reads registered generated images from disk and returns base64 content.

Need more info:

• Which agent(s) should be prioritized beyond the existing Codex generated-image path?
• Example raw output/event shape for an image produced by Claude/Gemini/OpenCode/Cursor, if you have one.
