Describe the Bug

In edk2-BaseTools repo, the FMMT tool have the wrong import path (python path). This need be fixed for pip module correct calling.

Reproduction steps

1. pip install edk2-basetools
2. FMMT -v xxx.bin

Expected behavior

Fix the FMMT import path into correct one.
