Platform/Ampere/JadePkg/Library/PCF85063RealTimeClockLib/ and Platform/ADLINK/ComHpcAltPkg/Library/PCF8563RealTimeClockLib/ appear to differ only in minor parameters, callback function naming, and a mailbox call hook.
Could these be abstracted out and the two drivers unified?
