This feature provides some insight for developers by debug logging the fully expanded DSC (from the dsc_parser).
Describe the solution
Sometime during the running of stuart, once all environment variables have been set, perform a final parse of the DSC with edk2toollib's dsc_parser and print the lines to the terminal
