Please add release for the arm64 architecture

Hello,

First of all thank you for shepherding this provider, we're using it quite successfully.

With Apple's move to the ARM architecture for their product line, we are hitting issues as new M1-based laptops are deployed in our environment.

It would be a great help if this provider could be released also for ARM64.

I will be submitting a PR momentarily.
