Test in Linux OS

It seems the local debug feature doesn't work fine on Linux, we need to test it.

Tested in ubuntu 20.04 desktop version, playground module almost works fine. It can show the cluster as expected.

Meet a small issue when installing tiup, failed to install the playground and cluster (it won't affect the later functions), try to refine it later.

Will test it in CentOS.

Tested in CentOS7, the extension totally can't work, even the official docker extension.

it says CXXABI_1.3.9 not found.

Consider CentOS is not suitable as a desktop dev environment, we don't have enough time to support it.

We can try to find out an automated way of testing, and run on Github Actions, which support Windows/Mac/Linux OS.
