中英混排时，若英文闭括号后接中文标点，不应该插入空格

虽然[排版指南](https://zh-style-guide.readthedocs.io/zh_CN/latest/%E6%A0%87%E7%82%B9%E7%AC%A6%E5%8F%B7/%E4%B8%AD%E8%8B%B1%E6%96%87%E6%B7%B7%E7%94%A8%E6%97%B6%E6%A0%87%E7%82%B9%E7%94%A8%E6%B3%95.html)中没有提到，但这个场景应该不插入额外的空格：

`监视器 (monitor)。` 闭括号与句号之间不应该插入空格。（目前会提示 `after right parenthesis need whitespace             ZH420`）
