DOCS: Clarify to which method `as_factor` passes arguments

The docs for as_factor say "Other arguments passed down to method." Clarify to which method as_factor passes those other arguments.

The methods of as_factor, which as you can see from the docs aren't actually used — this is bit confusing but is a fairly common in S3 generics.
