[BUG] Tab Filters - Lists are empty

Describe the bug
The Tab FILTERS (Blacklist / Whitelist) Is empty, although they exist and are also visible via web dashboard.

**Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to 'Tab Filter'
2. Click on 'Blacklist or Whitelist'
3. See error
