Create thumbnails/screenshots automatically

Add a command/script to screenshot the top of a site at specific dimensions, run it to generate higher-res screenshots for existing submissions and maybe add a GitHub action to generate it and add it to PRs?

First part of this issue has been solved by PR #148 .

Next we need to generate higher-res thumbnails for existing submissions.
