gtm-msr.appspot.com sending events to TT pixel

Hello,

I have this strange situation where gtm-msr.appspot.com is sending events to my TT pixels.
I am saying pixels because I did some tests - meaning that initially I was using custom HTML tags to "install" TT pixel on my website and I noticed that I get way too many events from gtm-msr.appspot.com (TT support didn't help at all)
Then I switched to your tag template to see if the problems are coming from my initially setup.
But, surprise-surprise, the problems is still there.

Any idea what could be? Where should I double check my setup - maybe it's a fault in my side.
