Where is the documentation to set up events using the template?

I have a client who needs to use this template to set up the pixel to take advantage of Click Classes. That built-in trigger is not accessible when using Event Builder. However, all the helpful screenshots and instructions have been removed from this repo. Why? Not every advertiser can use or wants to use Event Builder. Could we please add back the screenshots and other instructions for setting up GTM events using the template?
