Missing "purchase" event

Hi,

The tag template event dropdown list doesn't include Purchase even though it is one of the updated standard events documented here: https://ads.tiktok.com/help/article/how-to-adopt-tiktoks-updated-standard-events?lang=en.

It would be good to update the tag template to include these updates. If you'd like me to do a PR, please let me know.
