Question Regarding tiktok-open-sdk-core Version 2.4.0

Hi folks,

We see that tiktok-open-sdk-core version 2.4.0 is now available on Maven Repository.
https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.tiktok.open.sdk/tiktok-open-sdk-core/2.4.0

However, we were unable to find any corresponding changelog entry or a GitHub release for this version. Without the release notes, we can't evaluate whether to upgrade to this new version in our product.

Would it be possible to share information on what's included in v2.4.0 and update the official documentation?
